Can I arrange to collect my purchase if I live locally?

We are a home based business and as such we do not have a business premises or a shop, but if you live in the local area we can make arrangements to meet you. Any collections would be in Menston (Ls29) and we can arrange this with you after you have placed your order - just select the local pickup option when you're paying. During the buying process we ask you for contact details and we will use these to get in touch with you Any local pickups will be arranged to happen within 3 business days of your order being placed.

Do you deliver to any countries other than those within the United Kingdom?

We are able to ship to countries outside the United Kingdom but this needs to be done by arrangement so we can agree shipping costs with you. Any purchases made in this way will need to be paid via PayPal rather than through the website - we can go over this with you at the time. If you're outside the United Kingdom and want to buy something from us then you can either contact us by email (, the contact us form on the home page or use the live chat - we will respond to you as quickly as we can.


Does your cat come with the products?

He tries to fit in the boxes and after several failed attempts he jumps on his cat tree and falls asleep. I guess the answers is, when we get bigger boxes?! Following on from that returns are NOT accepted. He eats 5 times per day so good luck :)

What wax do you use in your Yugen products?

We exclusively use Soy wax for all of our candles and wax melts. You will never find any paraffin in our products.
